Mosaic Trail Stack Support
For help with Mosaic Trail Stack, contact info@ymha.biz. Include your iOS or Android version, app version, stage number, and the steps that led to the problem. Please do not send passwords or private account information.
Swipe on the board to move. Undo reverses your last completed move; Retry starts the trail again. Both are free. Pause opens language, sound, stage selection and your mosaics. The game has 40 trails, four mosaics, and no ads or purchases.
Progress is stored on your device. If a save fails, free storage and use Try saving again. If progress cannot be read, the game offers reloading or preserving a local backup before a new journey. Removing the app removes its local save; support cannot restore a save from a server because the game does not upload it.

進行は端末に保存されます。保存に失敗したら空き容量を確保し、再保存をお試しください。読めない保存データには、再読み込みか、端末内にバックアップを残して新しく始める方法を表示します。進行をサーバーへ送信しないため、サポート側で保存を復元することはできません。
Mosaic Trail Stack — Support for the usage-measurement update
Prepared 14 September 2026 for the update with Usage measurement in Pause → Privacy. Earlier sections describe older versions. For help, email info@ymha.biz with your iOS or Android version, app build, trail number and what happened. Do not send passwords, advertising identifiers or a child’s personal information.
Swipe on the board to move. Gather tiles, use one for each gap and reach the exit to restore a mosaic. Undo reverses the last completed move; Retry restarts the trail. All 40 trails, four mosaics and recovery controls are free. Pause contains language, sound, stage selection, mosaics and Privacy. English and Japanese are supported.
Ads start off. Eligible adults can enable them in Privacy; anyone can turn them off again. Younger players and players whose age cannot be confirmed play without advertising. Ads need a network connection, but the puzzles work offline. If no ad is available, keep playing. An optional rewarded video can earn a decorative Sunburst frame; restoring all 10 trails for that artwork earns the same frame for free. An interrupted or incomplete ad may not award a frame. Your tiles and trail progress remain intact.
Progress stays on your device. If saving fails, free storage and choose Try saving again. If progress cannot be read, the game offers reloading or keeping a local backup before a new journey. Usage measurement starts off and is separate from ads. In Pause → Privacy you can allow it from the next launch or stop it immediately. For access or deletion of sent measurement records, copy the support code there before stopping and leaving the screen, and include it in your request to info@ymha.biz. Stopping measurement clears unsent SDK records, not your playable save or previously sent records.

盤面をスワイプしてタイルを集め、穴に1枚ずつ使い、出口へ進むと作品が修復されます。「取り消し」は直前の移動を戻し、「やり直す」は同じ道を最初から始めます。40の道と4つの作品、回復操作はすべて無料です。「ひと休み」から言語・効果音・ステージ・作品・プライバシーを選べます。英語と日本語に対応しています。
初期状態は広告オフです。対象の成人はプライバシー設定で有効にでき、いつでもオフに戻せます。年少者や年齢を確認できない方は広告なしで遊べます。広告には通信が必要ですが、パズルはオフラインでも遊べます。広告を利用できなくても、そのまま続けてください。任意の動画で「光の額縁」を獲得できます。同じ作品の10の道を修復しても無料で獲得できます。中断・未完了の広告では額縁を獲得できない場合がありますが、タイルや進行は保持します。
進行は端末に保存します。保存に失敗したら空き容量を確保し、再保存をお試しください。保存を読み込めない場合は、再読み込みか、端末内にバックアップを残して新しく始める方法を選べます。アプリを削除すると端末内の保存も削除され、サポート側に復元用のサーバー保存はありません。中断後は表示される「つづける」を押してください。データの選択については 本ゲームのプライバシー説明をご覧ください。
利用状況の計測は初期状態で停止しています。広告とは別に「ひと休み → プライバシー」で次回起動から許可したり、すぐに停止したりできます。送信済み計測記録の開示・削除を希望する場合は、停止して画面を閉じる前に同画面のサポートコードをコピーし、info@ymha.biz へご依頼ください。計測停止はSDKの未送信記録を削除しますが、ゲーム保存データや送信済み記録は削除しません。
Reef Slide Sort support
Slide each fish crate toward an exit with the same color and symbol. There is no timer. Undo reverses up to three moves; Retry starts the same stage again; Hint offers a free next move. All 40 stages can be cleared without advertising or payment.
Settings contains English/Japanese, effects volume, reduced motion, Advertising choices and Usage measurement. Ads are optional and may be unavailable. Advertising and tracking permission are not required to play. Bubble coins unlock cosmetic reef and fish choices.
Usage measurement is separately optional and starts off. Settings > Usage measurement lets you enable it or stop and clear unsent data. For deletion of previously sent measurement data, email info@ymha.biz with Reef Slide Sort and the measurement ID shown there. If measurement is unavailable, you can continue playing normally.
Progress is saved on your device. Closing and reopening normally restores it. Clearing app data or reinstalling may remove progress; there is no game account or cloud-save recovery service. Device backups depend on your operating-system settings.

利用状況の計測は広告とは別の任意設定で、初期状態ではオフです。設定から有効化または停止し、未送信データを削除できます。送信済みデータの削除は、アプリ名と表示される計測IDを添えて info@ymha.biz にご連絡ください。計測を利用できなくても通常どおり遊べます。
魚の箱を同じ色・記号の出口へ動かします。時間制限はありません。「戻す」は直前の3手まで、「やり直す」は同じステージを最初から、「ヒント」は無料で次の手を示します。全40ステージは広告や支払いなしでクリアできます。
設定で言語、効果音、動きを減らす設定、広告の選択を変更できます。広告は任意で、利用できない場合もあります。進行は端末に保存されます。データ消去や再インストールで失われる場合があり、ゲームアカウントやクラウド復元機能はありません。
画面が停止した場合は「画面を復元」、またはアプリの再起動をお試しください。お問い合わせは info@ymha.biz へ、アプリ名・バージョン・端末・ステージ・状況をお知らせください。パスワードは送らないでください。
Orbit Sort Garden support
Rotate garden rings to bring marbles to matching flowers. Mint ramps connect the rings. Every garden has a free solution; undo and restart are always available. There is no timer or sign-in.
Settings contains English/Japanese, sound effect volume, haptics, optional gameplay analytics, and advertising choices. Progress and settings stay on this device. Removing the app or clearing its storage can remove your gardens.
Ads remain off while regional requirements are unresolved. Where advertising is available, independently assessed regional age eligibility and your optional advertising choices are required. Basic play needs no advertising age input. An unavailable ad never prevents free play. An optional rewarded continue adds two turns only after the provider confirms the reward.
Valid advertising choices are reused after an ordinary restart. If withdrawal cannot be saved, ads stay off in the open app and an error appears. Keep the app open and retry when storage is available. If every write and deletion fails until the app closes, the unsaved withdrawal may be lost. Removing local data does not withdraw data already sent to providers.
If the scene is interrupted, use Resume garden. If sound stops, check the effects setting, device volume and silent mode, then return to the garden and make a new touch.

For previously shared gameplay analytics, include the analytics support identifier shown in Advertising & privacy. Do not send passwords or advertising credentials.

リングをまわして、ビー玉を同じ色と形の花へ。ミント色の坂がリングをつなぎます。すべての庭は無料でクリアでき、ひとつ戻す・やり直すが使えます。制限時間やログインはありません。
設定で言語、効果音の音量、振動、任意のプレイ分析、広告の選択を変更できます。進行と設定は端末に保存します。アプリの削除や保存領域の消去で失われる場合があります。
地域の要件が未確定の間は広告を停止します。広告を利用できる場合は、地域に応じて独立に評価した年齢条件と任意広告の選択が必要です。通常のプレイでは広告用の年齢入力は不要です。広告が利用できなくても無料で遊べます。任意の広告による継続は、提供元の報酬確認後にのみ2回追加します。
有効な広告の選択は通常の再起動後も再利用します。撤回を保存できない場合は、開いているアプリの広告を停止してエラーを表示します。アプリを閉じず、保存領域が使えるようになったら再試行してください。すべての書込みと削除がアプリ終了まで失敗すると、保存できなかった撤回は失われる場合があります。端末のデータ削除で提供元の送信済みデータが削除されることはありません。
描画が中断した場合は「再開する」を使ってください。音が出ない場合は効果音の設定、端末の音量・消音を確認し、庭に戻って新しくタッチしてください。
